Ingredients: 

  • Vanadium (derived from vanadyl sulfate) - 300 mcg
  • Chromium (derived from chromium chloride) - 500 mcg
  • Zinc (derived from zinc sulfate) - 400 mcg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Directions: Adults take 1/2-1 teaspoon twice daily with food by placing under tongue for 30 seconds. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.

Caution: Do not use if tamper evident seal is either broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Consult a health care practitioner if pregnant or lactating.
