The office will be open 9am-1pm only on Monday and Tuesday the weeks of Dec. 22 and 29.

Orders will be filled on Mondays. Feel free to call the office on a Tuesday if you need it that day.

We will be back to normal business hours on January 5, 2026.

REFUNDS:

We want you to be confident that the product you purchase
from us has been stored properly and has had its freshness maintained.
Therefore, we have a strict refund policy.

We will gladly refund or exchange your product if there is
damage to the packaging or the product has any quality issue. Also, if we
mistakenly give you the wrong product, we’re happy to make that right. Please
contact us within 15 days of receipt of your product if you have any issue.

However, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges for
other reasons. Therefore, we ask that you double check your order before you
have it shipped to you or take it with you from the office.

LIMITING PRODUCT: We may, on occasion, need to limit quantities on products due to supply issues. That may result in either a refund or a backorder of a product.
