from us has been stored properly and has had its freshness maintained.
Therefore, we have a strict refund policy.
We will gladly refund or exchange your product if there is
damage to the packaging or the product has any quality issue. Also, if we
mistakenly give you the wrong product, we’re happy to make that right. Please
contact us within 15 days of receipt of your product if you have any issue.
However, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges for
other reasons. Therefore, we ask that you double check your order before you
have it shipped to you or take it with you from the office.
