Directions: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet per day with a meal or follow the advice of your healthcare professional.

Ingredients:

  • Vitamin C (as Ascorbyl Palmitate) - 10 mg
  • Folate (from folic acid) - 752 mcg DFE*
  • Iron (Ferronyl® Iron Carbonyl - 20 mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (hypromellose, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose), vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
