Directions: Take only as directed by your physician. Do not take more than two spoonfuls in a 24-hour period. Adults take 1 scoop (3g spoon provided) in ½-1 cup of warm water on an empty stomach once daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Active ingredients: Each scoop (3 g) contains:
• Sodium citrate 2.58 g
• Potassium bicarbonate 293 mg
• Sodium bicarbonate 51.4 mg
• Zinc gluconate 10 mg
Other ingredients: sodium sulfate, calcium lactate, sea salt, silica.
Cautions and Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or on a low salt diet (this product contains 718 mg of sodium per dose). Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Unless directed by a healthcare practitioner, do not take for more than two weeks, or if symptoms recur.
