Ingredients: Chromium (derived from chromium chloride) - 1500 mcg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Adult directions: Adults take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon every evening with food by placing under tongue for 30 seconds. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.
