Refund policy

  1. Returns are allowed only when there is a defect with a product or its packaging - or - if we give you or ship the wrong item. Returns need to be requested within 15 days of purchase by contacting the store manager at store@drrudybyron.com or at 262.672.6393.
  2. Please be sure when you are placing your order that you are choosing the correct product. If you are unsure about anything, we’re happy to help with any questions. Ordering errors can be fixed before product leaves the building, however, once product is picked up or shipped, the normal return policy (#1) is in effect.
  3. We are unable to take call-in orders for supplements without credit card payment. Additionally, we will not pull product off the shelf until it has been purchased. If you need to come in person and pay cash, we’ll be happy to help you process your order when you arrive.
  4. If you aren’t going to be in the office for an appointment, it is preferred, but not required, that you make your purchase via the online store. This saves you time when you come in and can also save you a trip if certain items you want are out of stock.
  5. If you place an online order and choose in-store pick up, please remember to wait for a second “shipping confirmation” email. This email indicates that your order is ready for pick up.
  6. Limiting product: Angstrom products are limited to one type per patient each month. We do this to ensure that the product we have in stock reaches as many people as possible. We reserve the right to limit purchases on all products at our discretion. In cases of online orders, we will notify you via email and then process a refund for what we remove from your order.
  7. Shipping Costs: Occasionally, a package will exceed typical shipping costs. If shipping costs on an order become excessive, we will contact you and request more payment for shipping. This happens rarely and usually involves heavy items such as Angstrom bottles. If additional shipping costs are incurred, they will have to be paid before an order can be sent.
