Ingredients: 

  • Iron (derived from ferrous sulfate) - 10 mg
  • Vitamin C - 3 mg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Adult directions: Adults take 1 teaspoon daily by placing under tongue. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.

Caution: Do not use if tamper evident seal is either broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Consult a health care practitioner if pregnant or lactating.
