Ingredients: Copper (derived from copper sulfate) - 750 mcg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Adult directions: Adults take 1 teaspoon daily with food by placing under tongue for 30 seconds. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.
