Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce daily. (Bottle lid is 1 ounce). Tastes great right out of the bottle, or you can add it to water, juice, or other Vital-Earth liquid products if you prefer. For best absorption, take with food.

- Calcium (as 1200mg calcium citrate, lactate, gluconate, lithothamnion deep sea red algae sea minerals) - 500 mg
- Magnesium (as 600mg magnesium citrate, lithothamnium deep sea red algae sea minerals) - 250 mg
- Vitamin K2 (MK7 - from chickpea) - 18 mcg
- Fulvic Acid Complex - 9 mg
- Boron (as glycinate chelate) - 2 mg
- Proprietary Blend (aloe vera juice, organic bamboo silica, l-lysine) - 980 mg
Other ingredients: Purified Water (reverse osmosis), citric acid, phosphoric acid, natural flavors, xanthan gum, stevia leaf extract, potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), citrus extract.
