Ingredients: Manganese (derived from manganese chloride) - 2 mg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used).

Directions: Adults take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon every morning with food by placing under tongue for 30 seconds. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.
