Ingredients: Boron (derived from sodium borate) - .25 mg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Directions: Adults take 1 teaspoon by placing under tongue for 30 seconds every evening with a meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under age 14.
