Serving size: 1 capsule

Directions: Take 1 capsule twice daily with 8-12 oz. of water before or between meals. The first serving is to be taken in the morning, and the second in the afternoon - ideally 30 minutes before a low in energy. Not to be taken if nursing or past the second trimester if pregnant, unless directed by your healthcare professional.
