Ingredients: Vanadium (derived from vanadium sulfate) - 300 mcg

Other ingredients: Purified water (reverse osmosis and ozone are used)

Directions: Adults take 1/2 to 1 tsp. every evening with food by placing under tongue for 30 seconds. Consult a health care practitioner for use with all individuals especially those under the age of 14.
